Sometimes you may not have access to view your documents on the doola dashboard. This generally happens because the Email Id used to make the payment and register with us is different from the one, you are requesting access from.
Please ensure that you use the same email ID to access your documents. If you need another email id to have access to your documents, you can contact us on live chat or by emailing us at hello@doola.com.
A customer success associate will verify your identity and proceed with providing you access to your documents.
