What is doola's refund policy? 

There may be some situations in which a refund may be warranted. doola may offer a refund(s) or an account credit(s) in the following situations:

  • You cancel your service before any services are issued and/or before any application is submitted to a state or government agency
  • doola is unable to complete / provide service(s) due to doola limitations. This does not include limitations due to lack of information provided, third party issues, and/or government time frames.

doola may not offer a refund(s) in the following situation:

  • You experience errors/delays caused by third-parties or state/federal agencies.
  • You cancel your plan/subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain service through the end of your subscription period.
  • You have paid for a service(s) you did not use.
  • You are unable to obtain services offered by a third party. For example, you are unable to obtain a bank account.
