Company information Mercury asks for (and how doola helps)

  • Legal business name, industry, and a short description of what your business does.

  • Principal physical address where you operate (home or office, United States or international).

    • Use your actual residential or office address.

    • Do not use a registered agent address, post office box, private mailbox services (for example, UPS Store or PMB), virtual office, or “mail-only” coworking plan.

    • doola does not provide a principal physical address.

  • Source of funds and details about your current or planned United States operations (for example, United States customers or vendors, a United States payment processor, or United States contractors).

  • Owner information for each founder or majority owner: full legal name(s), residential address, government identification (ID), and a brief selfie identity verification.

Tip: Mercury may request a recent document (for example, a utility bill or bank statement) to confirm the principal physical address. Ensure it is in the owner’s or company’s name and dated within the last few months.

  • Company formation document (for example, Articles of Organization or Articles of Incorporation, or the local equivalent).
