Is it possible to pause my company with the state after it’s been formed?

Once a company has been formed, the state assumes the company to be perpetual i.e. it operates indefinitely, unless the company actively files for dissolution or is dissolved administratively for not paying its annual dues.

However, as long as you pay the annual dues, you may choose to keep your company active and pause any business activities.
