Where can I find my documents?

You can find your documents in the doola dashboard under the Documents section:

  1. Go to the Company tab

  2. Select My Documents

If you can’t find a specific document:

  • Make sure you’re logged into the correct account

  • If the document is still missing, please contact doola customer care via the Contact Us form

Third-party documents (utility bills, bank statements, leases)

Third-party documents - for example: utility bills, bank statements, lease agreements, landlord receipts, or other personal / third-party documents — are not provided by Doola and therefore will not automatically appear in your dashboard. If you need these documents for address verification, bank onboarding, tax flows, or other purposes, they must be provided by you (the user). Our platform supports customers uploading these documents where relevant (for example during a bank application or tax flow).
