Linking your bank account to doola Books can be useful in quickly tracking your expenses and income in an automated way. Once your account is linked, all the transactions will be automatically recognized as expenses and income.
Linking your bank account via Plaid to doola Books is pretty easy! Just follow these steps:
Login to your doola dashboard
Go to Bookkeeping
Go to settings
Select Add account +
Select Connect via Plaid
Follow the prompts to search for your bank account
Link it using your login credentials for the bank β
If you can't find your banking institution it's likely you won't be able to link it to doola books and you'll need to add your income and expense items manually.
If you want to unlink an account all you need to do is select the account and toggle it to inactive. This will ensure doola Books stops pulling in the transactions from this account.
