What is considered US source income?
What is considered US source income?
Updated over a week ago

The United States has a straightforward, but all-encompassing concept of income. Income is considered US source income if it comes from sources inside the United States.
If income comes from sources outside of the US, it is considered foreign source income

For example, if you sell products in the US to American customers, that is obviously US sourced income. Similarly, dividends from US-based corporations are considered US sourced income.
