Yes. Stripe payment processing is not a requirement to use doola Invoicing. However, it does make collecting payments significantly easier. If you do not want to set up a Stripe account, you can still send out invoices to you clients. When you receive payment from them via cash, check, or direct bank transfer, you can manually mark the Invoice as paid.
