Using the doola Customer Help Center

We’ve created the doola Help Center to make it easier for you to manage support requests, track progress, and stay connected with our team — all in one place! 🎉

What can I do in the Help Center?

  • 📝 Submit new tickets anytime, for any issue.

  • 📂 Track & reply on open tickets from one central dashboard.

  • 📜 View your full ticket history, including older requests.

  • 📧 Use email if you prefer — any replies sent via email automatically sync back to the portal.


How do I sign up and log in?

  1. Register for an account using the same email address you use with doola (this ensures all your ticket history appears) Use the following link: doola Customer Portal

  2. We recommend using the same password that you use to log in to your doola dashboard

  3. Verify your email and log in.

👉 Tip: You can also log in by entering just your email and receiving a link or code for access.


 

How do I submit or reply to a ticket?

  • To submit a new ticket: click on File a Support Request, and follow the steps.Please, include as much detail as possible, and upload any relevant attachments.

  • To reply to an open ticket: open your ticket, add a reply or attach a file, and then hit send.

  • You can also reply via email. Your message will appear in the same thread.


Ticket statuses explained

  • Open: Your request is open and isn’t solved yet.


  • Resolved/Closed: Your request has been resolved.


Troubleshooting common issues

  • “I can’t see my old tickets.”
    Make sure you signed up with the same email you use with doola. If not, re-register or ask us to merge your records.

  • “I didn’t get the confirmation email.”
    Check your spam/junk folder for “Support.”

  • “Can I just reply by email?”
    Yes! Your replies sync to the portal automatically.

  • “Do I need a new password?”
    You can reuse your existing one or create a portal-only password. Forgot it? Just use Forgot password.
