# Does doola handle compliance in my home country?
Doola primarily focuses on helping entrepreneurs and businesses with compliance in the United States. This includes business formation, registered agent services, EIN (Employer Identification Number) filings, tax filings, bookkeeping, and maintaining good standing in U.S. states.
For foreign countries, doola does not handle compliance directly. If you're a non-U.S. resident or entity looking to establish a business in the U.S., doola can assist with U.S. compliance, but for compliance in your home country, such as reporting foreign investments under ODI (Overseas Direct Investment) guidelines for Indian residents or similar regulations in other countries, you would need to work with local legal or financial advisors who specialize in those regulations.
