What happens after you submit your Slash application?
Once you submit your Slash application, here's what to expect at each stage.
Step 1: Confirmation
After you submit, Slash will send a confirmation to the email address you used during the application.
Step 2: Review period
Your application goes into review. The typical timeline is 1 to 2 business days.
Step 3: Tracking your status in-app
You can log into your Slash account at any time to check your status.
- If your application is under review, you'll see an "Under Review" page. No action is needed — just wait.
- If Slash needs additional information, your dashboard will prompt you to upload documents directly.
- You'll also receive an email notification if any action is required from you.
Step 4: Decision
Once a decision is made, Slash will notify you by email. If approved, you'll be guided through the next steps to activate your account.
How Slash communicates: All updates happen via email and in-app notifications. There is no granular status tracker, but the in-app page will reflect whether you're under review or if action is needed.
What if Slash needs more documents?
If a reviewer needs additional information during the review:
- You'll receive an email with a request for information (RFI).
- You'll upload the requested documents directly through your Slash dashboard.
- The review timeline may be extended while Slash processes the new documents.
