How to reset your password
In the dashboard (recommended):
1. Go to Settings → Security → Reset Password.
2. We’ll email a secure link—open it and set a new password.
If you signed up with Google SSO:
You can still create a password from the dashboard using the same Reset Password flow. Afterward, you can log in with either Google or email + password.
Can’t access the dashboard?
On the login page, click Forgot your password? and follow the emailed link to reset.
Tips
• Check spam/junk and make sure you’re using the email on your doola account.
• If no email arrives after a few minutes, resend the link and then contact support.
