What can I do if I can’t open a business bank account because my country isn’t accepted?
You can still progress by: (1) finalizing formation + operating agreement, (2) preparing your business plan/website/invoices, (3) selecting a bank and confirming their EIN requirement (some will not open without EIN), and (4) ensuring you have an acceptable physical US address. If EIN is delayed, follow up on EIN status and consider alternate submission methods. Once EIN is issued, banking usually moves faster.
