What is doola Bookkeeping?
With doola Bookkeeping, a human bookkeeper will get to know their business, bring their books up to date, and do their book for businesses, start to finish.
doola offers add-on bookkeeping services with human support. Base plans include software access only. To have full-service bookkeeping, upgrade to a plan that includes dedicated bookkeepers.
For EIN : company legal name, formation date/state, address, responsible party info (passport details if no SSN), and entity structure. For banking : (1) Formation documents (Articles/Certificate), (2) EIN letter (IRS CP 575/147C), (3) Operating Agreement (often requested), (4) passport (and sometimes proof of address), and (5) a business address banks can accept. Some banks also ask for website/invoices or business description.
